I had the issue where the patch told me that it couldn't find my game, but I found out that I had to go to the registry editor and went into 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA GAMES\Medal of Honor Allied Assault\' and changed the name of the folder contained to '1.1.12.200'. I managed to get the game working under Windows by installing the 1.11 patch.
